Appreciate Pete has worked alongside landlords both local and from across the country. We have carried out routine maintenance on properties and also taken care of property renovation for new tenants. We provide a 24 hour call out service for those leaky pipes and other emergencies.

We have worked alongside property investors who need expert advise on building works, and provided the means of an affordable property refurbishment. For this type of work Appreciate Pete is willing to travel and has been involved in projects in west London, Worcester and Dorset.

Is Appreciate Pete qualified to do the job?

I am a Tiler by trade (NVQ lvl2) and a competent bricklayer (City and Guilds). Plumbers working alongside Appreciate Pete are certified as are other trades such as electricians and carpenters. Any certification can be provided for peace of mind and to re assure you that we know what we are doing.

We take health and safety seriously here at Appreciate Pete. This is not only to ensure our safety but also the safety of our customers. I have a full CSCS certification and a skilled worker card.
